No that was just how I recorded it, just cropped the video into a phone-like scene using a built-in recording tool.
what the heck, why?

Do I need to verify my age just so I can become verified?
because I like to keep my personal documents confidential for the most part.
Talent Hub is now accessable to DevForum members.
Yes I know but is it mandatory to verify my age to become a “verified creator”?
I was in the first wave of developers to be given access to the talent hub - now when I try to log in it says I’m not qualified?
Hello! On August 15th (the date TH went into open beta) I was invited, I am now ‘unqualified’ though I’ve been using the site actively.
I’m wondering if this is a bug or if this is just my account being removed, it seems as if others have the same issue.
Seems all Roblox services are down accross the platform, so likely the issue.
All Roblox’s services are down, the Talent Hub may not work as expected.
Unless you already had some kind of relation with roblox before, you need to verify your age to become verified, yes.
does this mean -13 users, or people that have their accounts locked down?
Yes, it means -13 users cannot access it I believe.
I don’t think it means -13 years of age. I believe @peraldon is mainly talking about account restrictions (like parental controls). But it could imply age as well.
I have to ask, the #collaboration category is locked and it has been said in the past that it should’of closed on October 31 but its still not closed and still locked. I am looking to revamp some of my work and portfolio so I gotta ask are we keeping the #collaboration category or fully moving to the Talent Hub?
I don’t know if this is a problem with talent hub, or if people are just not responding. But, I applied for a job an hour after it was posted and 3 days later no one responded. Do people really just post jobs than not do anything? You could at least tell me if I’m hired of not
Well, it’s not a problem with the talent hub. It’s just the job poster not responding.
I feel like a lot of people can agree with me here, the Talent Hub is the most restrictive and non-user friendly website/service I have possibly ever come across.
For one, the character limits; limitations to post your work and explain things in depth (in your bio, experience listings, etc)
In order to list an image in your post, you must do the following:
Each URL/image embedded takes up an absurd amount of characters, yes this can be shortened by using a shorter URL however it is still not friendly to users looking to post or list more than 5-6 examples of work.
Experience listings and your general creator page do not feel like or have the properties of a “portfolio”, a lot of times when searching for creators you’ll just simply see a user linking a game in their experiences with no other work to show.
Let’s not forget the amount of bugs on the Talent Hub, it is extremely common for the site to just reject your experience listings, simply not doing anything other than making the button shiny after you go to click “Save”. I have been extremely restricted from posting experience/work due to this alone- and have found no solution other than to just accept the fact that I cannot properly post my work there.
With that being said, and I believe that this has been touched on in other replies, searching for creators is just simply not practical and is a waste of time to anyone attempting to.
Portfolio threads in the collaboration section are EXTREMELY better, more flexible, representative, expressing, and 20 other words I could say about it than the Talent Hub.
The Talent Hub is not a place for portfolios, even though Roblox is trying to say it is.
Another thing I would like to touch on is moderation, I have been "shadow banned" (removed from search) for almost a MONTH.
On-top of the terrible user experience when looking for creators, users are now unable to find me or refer to me at all.
Want to know what’s crazy? After logging into the Talent Hub one day and getting greeted with a moderation notice for having an “Offsite Link” in my creator page, I couldn’t for the life of me figure out where it was.
However, get this, after removing my ROBLOX PROFILE LINK and DEVFORUM LINK from the “Links” section of my creator page, the warning WENT AWAY.
Yes, I was warned on the Talent Hub for having my Roblox profile and Devforum summary linked.
Final note, I will just simply leave this here- the Talent Hub has no mobile support whatsoever.
I could go on and rant about all the things terrible about the Talent Hub for literal decades, I feel like I could speak for a majority of the community when I say that the Talent Hub has to go and that collaboration should remain.
But hey, I’d be down to abolish #collaboration:recruitment and keep the portfolios category. Portfolios and work experience is the one thing that the Talent Hub has absolutely not perfected at all, and in it’s current state shouldn’t completely take dominance over and replace #collaboration:portfolios.
Completely agree. Talent hub seems to have tons of potential but until they decide to add something that compensates for the removal of the Portfolio category, it is not a suitable replacement for the collaboration section at all.
Since portfolios have been shut down and unable to post on/edit, I have been struggling to find any commissions and work. There is no actual spot where you can post a portfolio on the talent hub, and it is all dependent on a lucky user clicking on your profile.
I would at least request a portfolio tab beside the "Find Jobs,” and “Find Creators” categories.
I know this has impacted many of my friends and especially the designing department. As graphic designers and UI designers we need a place to provide our visual representations in a portfolio for potential customers to look at, not waiting to be handpicked out of the thousands of people on the platform.
There is also no place for feedback which also bothers me, because there can be no constructive criticism, places for improvement, or reviewing someone who is unsatisfied with their result.
