We’ve been wait for this for years. Not just for this, but for games too. I am glad to see some good change after all the horrors I’ve seen regarding the rating system.

Nice update. It can help people to know if model is safe to use or if its virused and maybe less account will be perma banned for using virused models.

It’s detrimental to reliability and authenticity to not display how long ago the user leaving the review obtained the asset (at time of review).

It’ll be interesting to see how users put this new feature to use and how the team handles any hiccups, however this is a much welcomed addition.
It’ll help those who work hard to create get recognition and attention so I am all for it.

Thank you, genuinely. This is one of the better updates added to the Creator Marketplace recently (as well as the no Roblox tax announcement).
Not entirely sure how well Roblox will filter out fake reviews for plugins which are free though

My most popular plugin has quite a bit of sales, but only 3 comments from my friends that are just funny.
I guess it’s mostly useful for bug reports and feature requests, not that I get any

This is an amazing new update! It should allow people to determine which models/plugins, and other resources on the creator marketplace are worth it and which are not. I hope one day it releases for experiences! That way, we can review feedback from users without having to create an in-game feedback UI. Even though this will probably be complicated given the sheer size of many games, this may be possible one day. But I’m really happy about this update!

Amazing step in the right direction, this will definitely help bring trust into the toolbox and encourage others to use pre-made assets. Although, while I understand you guys want to make the toolbox as user friendly and easy to upload as possible, I think a more formal and difficult upload process is 100% necessary for this to be up to standard with, for example, Unity’s asset store and to be more trusted. An example of more formal uploads could be, manual moderation of the asset, allowing thumbnails for different assets, selling for robux etc.
I’ve noticed a lot of re-works and updates to the creator dashboard, marketplace etc. and the step you guys are going in seems to be up to par with other engine’s creator tools.

The staff who wrote them probably didn’t bother writing any more, notice how the end of the messages all go along the line of “ill keep writing and use this as filler space” or “ill keep writing so i can make sure I reach the word count” lol

Would they change the algorithm of the marketplace though such as the higher the “users found this helpful” count- the higher it would show up on the marketplace?
