I joined roblox sometime in 2015.
I started working (properly) with studio, Really just to play around, I then learned how to script and decided to start making games!
I am a Beginner/Intermediate scripter and an ok builder.
Iām very excited to be on the dev forum!

I canāt wait to be a member of the developer forum as I love reading posts on this community. Iām a newly experienced game developer and a minor graphics designer, I have combined these two traits to make some pretty cool projects for myself. One of my game projects is called āRamp Madnessā, received over 600 visits and 14 likes. I also have this other game called āNeon Minigamesā, although itās now unplayable because I havenāt given it attention and new updates.
Canāt wait to see whatāll happen in the future!

Hey, Iām TheCoderChicken. Some information about me is that my first account was made in around 2008 or 2009. I think I discovered it from an ad or possibly a friend and became addicted. I always tried to get into the Roblox development community and started out trying to build. Eventually I wanted to learn how to script and over a lot of time I learned a few things. In around 2016 I wanted to learn more and more and maybe become serious. But, I went inactive and forgot about developing and focused on other things. I recently came back and remembered about developing and the developer forum and now Iām hoping to become an active member of the developer community and some day create my own game and learn from that. Currently I am a programmer and builder and maybe in the future I will learn some more things. (The new way you become a forum member is pretty neat and was fun to come back to)

I found ROBLOX through an ad on youtube back in around 2010, I played it for about 3 years and stopped. I got started when I came back after Iāve gotten into web development and I felt like making a game. My goals for this platform would probably be to develop a popular game. My current role is trying to be all of them. I try to do every role while developing.
Hello! I recently got accepted into the devforums and Iām EXCITED to see what I can bring here! My experience on ROBLOX has been simple: Starting over 10 successful groups and being a great Community Manager, combined my groups have achieved over 250k+ members. I am now slowly learning to develop my scripting skills and some of my building skills (thanks to my builders in my group :P)

I found roblox as i was watching random videos on youtube,the first game i ever played was Slender obby if i remember correctly.
I was periodically messing around with free models in studio and one day i decided to build something of my own,eventually a friend got me into learning scripting and i loved it ever since.
My current goal is to keep learning more lua and try to come up with a good idea for an actual game,although at the moment i am just creating random roblox incarnations of things i find interesting.

How did you find Roblox?
In 2016 I always kept seeing Roblox Advertisements and I thought " This is just a lego game? Why thereās so many advertisements about it?" Until I finally decided to watch a Roblox video and after that I wanted to give it a try. I couldnāt stop visiting Roblox atleast once every day since.
How did you get started with development on the Roblox platform?
Almost 10 months ago, when I first started using Roblox Studio I couldnāt understand anything, all I could do was to fill a place with free models. Then I joined āInnovation Inc.ā And I wanted to level up by making projects so I watched many tutorials especially from @Alvin_Blox (Sorry if the ping was unnecessary!) and I made my first script which was basically a function that made TV screen go blue when a tool (TV remote) was activated, I felt really good and I wanted to learn more about developing on Roblox Studio.
Current goals/achievements on the platform
My current goal is to finish many projects that I started making long time ago and maybe create a game that will be shown on the āpopularā page.
What is your role in the developer community?
Building, Modelling and Scripting. Though, I might not be very good at all of them, but I think Iām good enough to make a game by myself.
