How did I find Roblox?
Around 2013 when I was 5, my brother, Expressor, (or Rayino_1 now) would play games and Iād watch. After seeing him play this fun lego-like game, I wanted to try it. So, I went onto our family office computer, downloaded roblox, and played games as a guest. Heād get mad at me for doing this, I still donāt really know why, but I still played it occasionally despite his attitude towards me playing Roblox. In 2014, he had gave me one of his alternate accounts while I was trying to decide a username for Roblox. I was pretty young compared to others who joined roblox. This alternate account is the one that Iām currently on as of now. Iāve put it to great use, using it to make new friends and have fun on the amazing platform that is Roblox.
How did I get started with developing on Roblox?
I have to be honest, I forgot. It may have been me watching my brother messing around in it or just me discovering it and exploring.
What are my goals on the platform?
My goals are to try and make users enjoy their experience with making new friends and having fun.
What do you do in terms of development?
Iām a builder. I donāt script often, but I do create some decent UI designs for games Iām working on.
Anything else?
No, not much. There are a few things that I could put in here but this is already long enough.

Hola! I am Dos. I found Roblox because my friends introduced me to this awesome game and I got started with the dev things because of my friend he is a builder. My current goals on this platform are to hopefully learn from others and to earn some Robux

I Found roblox when i moved to another country and needed some distraction.
so i got started when i got my old laptop i wanted to make a game to hangout with friends so i made a small lobby 
im planing on getting at least some recognition in the dev community
my role on the community is building and modeling i started out as a builder but since december i started modeling

Hi, Iām Ethine. I donāt usually use devforum but here I am now I guess.
I found roblox a long time ago because my friends started playing it and I eventually got into it. I saw some games I loved on the Xbox, and once I got a computer many years back, I decided why not try developing. I have a small community for my first project that in all honesty was really just a bunch of free models, though I digress.
That was about four years ago. Now I am developing a little better (at least I would like to think so haha) and working on a few projects. My current goals are one, to finish my current group project and get it released before October rolls around. This would give me time to decorate the site with Halloween decor if I want to which you bet I do. Second, I would like to help the other people I am working for make good games and itād be nice to see those games get pushed out and succeed. My biggest goal is helping with the development of Area-19.
Area-19 is a game that really pushed me to start developing. A year-ish after I started developing, the group got taken down though the assets were still there and after multiple attempts from the owner to revive the game, he gave it to Dreg (vRansomware). It was there that Dreg hired me and I helped revamp many areas of the game and add multiple sectors, etc. It was my passion project at the time and even though I worked for free, I loved it. They say all good things must come to an end and that is just what happened as I started to lose passion and motivation to develop for the game anymore so I quit after one more update. The last update was my last hoorah for Area-19, and I took a break from developing for around a month. Afterwards, I got back into it and started developing for others more as well as starting my own project.
I am a builder, a terrain artist, and a novice UI designer. I primarily build, though I can make some UI that slaps as well as terrain.

I found Roblox around 2010 and have been actively on the site since then.
I started my journey with Studio competing with friends to build a higher quality game.
Maybe one day itāll be a job

I found Roblox when I came over to my friendās house in 2013, I took a 2-year break and came back in 2015.
Back in 2013, I used to insert whatever from the Roblox toolbox, however, I canāt call that development. I started becoming passionate about developing in 2017, because of the love I had for computers and code ever since I was born.
My current goals are to start scripting anything that comes to mind, and if I cant do it immediately, ill try to script simpler stuff yet challenging(for my level) which will provide me with the building blocks for my next big idea.
I really canāt give myself any role right now, however, ill be sure to have one. right now am just a starter in programming.
I started coding C++ when my computer science teacher announced a coding competition, I had no experience, with 2 weeks left for the competition, I tried learning C++, I got good at it, however, the competition got cancelled because of covid, I wasnāt ready anyway lol. I tried getting more into coding by programming in unreal engine, at first it was intimidating because of the API I had to learn and the various classes it had, I wasnāt able to do much, but it did give me knowledge about classes, co-ordinates, and servers, this led me to believe that even failure has something to offer, and we can always learn from our mistakes. Anyway, am excited to interact with the community

- How did you find Roblox?
I found Roblox a few years ago when I was playing Minecraft with one of my friends. We were at their house and they wanted to show me some other game. That game turned out to be Roblox! I then fell in love with the platform and downloaded it the second I got home. Have been playing ever since.
- How did you get started with development on the Roblox platform?
I got started on the Roblox platform as a developer a few years ago, when I met my first friend on the platform. This friend of mine had his own group, Baldi themed. He then asked me if I wanted to help make a awesome game for the group, and I agreed. Ever since, I have loved making awesome, unique creations on the Roblox platform.
- Current goals/achievements on the platform
I have achieved many things on the platform, including 100+ MAU most recently, which is quite the start for me. My goals include things like achieving a group of over one thousand members, and ensure a friendly community of players from all over the Roblox universe!
- What is your role in the developer community? (eg. GFX, UI Designer, Programmer, Builder etc)
I do a bit of everything, I never got into doing just one piece of the puzzle, so I decided to learn to do a bit of all.

Hello, I am JamminRedPandaMan. I joined Roblox in 2018 or 2019 (I canāt quite remember and Iām to lazy to check my joined date lol) and I started Roblox Studio a year after I joined ROBLOX and have been developing for almost 3 years. I Specialize in scripting and Iām pretty good at it. I can make decent stuff for games but I stink at CFrames. (If you have any advice on how to learn advanced CFrames PLEASE reply to this message and tell me.) I hate building and UI design and testing and drawing and yeah pretty much everything but scripting

I found ROBLOX because I wanted to find places to use object oriented Lua.
I taught myself how to code by playing around, and now I am fluent in almost every aspect.
My current goal is to make a game I am proud of, since I cannot stay determined to a project for too long.
I am a programmer but I specialize in server scripts as well as data management. Having said that, I can do basically everything except build.

Hello! I found out about Roblox through YouTube. I started developing a couple moths ago by just messing around and making simple scripts. I hope to improve my building and scripting knowledge and be able to make great games one day. Hey, Iām Gollem! I found out about the ROBLOX platform back in 2015 through some friends. Since then, I have enjoyed being on the platform ever since. It wasnāt long after I started playing that I realized I could start making. Ever since then, I have slowly improved my building skill. Just in the past few months, I really wanted to create things and get involved in some of my favorite ROBLOX communities. I quickly realized that to do this, I was going to have to learn how to script. I watched some basic YouTube videos on lua and started small and have been improving my skill more and more. Quickly, I learned that errors and problems in scripts were common. I would search for help and in doing so quickly found the DevForum. I was and still am amazed at this amazing community of creators. I am glad to be apart of it. I hope to wow you all with amazing creations in the future.

I am a builder, Web Developer, and a Programer. For Web Developing I make Discord Bots, and I just build in Roblox Studio. I just learned LUA and doing pretty good with it.
