Who we are 
I am the owner of Belmond Resort & Spa, a 200+ member group with a resort game created already, a HIGHLY professional staff team, and most importantly, an owner + corporate team who actually cares about their group. We are coming out with version 3 soon, which is a work in progress.
The entire concept of the game is to create a resort that goes beyond just being one of those generic roblox resorts: Our v3 is going to have many special features that have not been in other hotels across roblox, or games in general. The game itself will include a full bistro, our own check-in system, a restaraunt, a spa, plus other roleplay ideas. There will be many different activities that have not been introduced to the hotel industry before, such as rock climbing, high ropes, low ropes, a sports center, and more. That includes, of course, other things such as a waterpark, pool, and beach. Essentially, our game will combine some of the most successful aspects of ROBLOX games and fit them all into one roleplay game, where people will also be able to work as staff. Activities, paired with the ability to work as staff/ be served in real-time by actual players is what makes this idea special. But enough talking, if you scroll down to the section where I show you our sample games, the level of development speaks for itself.
What are we asking for, and what do you get? 
- We are asking for Investments over 5,000 robux
- In return, we will give you a percent of group revenue until your investment is paid off
- We will also give you 15% back more than your investment. Please note I am willing to negotiate percentages.
- We will also give you special perks in game, such as admin, VIP perks, etc.
Why should you invest? 
As I said before, our staff team is pretty great, and that goes a long way for a resort group. Along with this, your investment will ONLY BE GOING INTO VERSION 3 ADVERTISEMENTS. Here is the version 3 game (UNDERSTAND IT IS ONLY ABOUT 5% FINISHED), it has promise and is of higher quality than a lot of successful hotel/resort games. This only took me about 3 days of work including building, scripting, and design:
Here’s some other reasons why you should invest:
- Our profit has been high in the past… we have made around 5,000 robux in profits… keep in mind this is when we spent 1,500 robux on ads and got 200 members.
- Our advertisements were wildly successful. We are also making more advertisements from top-rated GFX artists that will help promote the game.
- Our version 7 game has been highly rated by all who visited (8/10 is the worst rating), the opinion of non-developers matters a lot when it comes to gameplay.
- It’s simple, you will make money back on your investment.
- I’d like to remind you that this isn’t even close to done, but logically, if we keep up with the same level of development shown in the two examples above, Belmond will be THE most successful hotel group on roblox with the right resources (such as your investment). A living testament of anything that comes close to this is nova hotels, a huge hotel group that, with the right investments, racked up 170,000 members. Although their level of development is not as high as our hotel’s version 3 showcased, with this development added on to your investment, we could gain millions of robux and thousands of members, as nova hotels has done along with many other hotel groups.

NOTICE: Everything within the game will be made only by us, this includes our admin and check-in systems. Other hotel groups have tried to use other free model admin/ check-in systems and excused themselves by calling it the “norm”, but NOT us.
