Invisible Re-nameable Explorer Element

By using the right arrow key, you can invisibly select an element that can be renamed (?) by pressing F2. Here’s what I mean:

After the invisible element (the + button?) is renamed, the + button that initiates the insert-object context menu no longer pops up.

I discovered this as I use F2 to rename instances a lot, and somehow I managed to press the right arrow key between selecting the object, and pressing F2.

This works for any object that is not collapsible, as the right arrow key uncollapses the hierarchy in that case.

I’m on Windows 10 November Update 2019, if that helps.

You can do this too. How peculiar.
If this is a hack for something and not just an accident, I’m really interested to know what it is lmao.
