Is appropriate to game contain blood?

I am currently making first-person horror game, where your mission is to escape office, but I’ve have scene where murder girl, murdered an office worker, the scene has a blood in it, I’ve placed entire body since I don’t want to create really awful to look at murder scene. Here is screenshot:

Would this be ok? or I should replace to this:

Blood and gore is fine as long as it isn’t very realistic. I don’t see an issue with this.

Im not exactly sure but im pretty sure this is against the TOS. I may need to fact check though.

the reason I asked because “BloodFlow” game was banned for having blood.
