Is it possible for me to edit the content/ embed of the webhook using Roblox studio? For instance, discord.club?

It all comes down really to does Discord allow a way to allow this to happen. I think what you could use is something like I will post below. You should check out the Discord developer documentation.
Now currently due to abuse Discord has blocked requests from Roblox servers so to answer you question currently no due to Discord blocking requests it does not allow you to do anything from Roblox servers but it is still possible to do things to do with web hooks via a proxy which you can either create or use one (there can be security issues if you use a someone elses one cuz how proxies work in simple terms is just your sending requests in a different rout).
