Is it possible to make a vhs effect(Kind of blur but different) like this one?

Try BlurEffect.

Not sure about the wide angle lens distortion effect though. Possibly something to do with FieldOfView?

BlurEffect isn’t really what i want to achieve. I saw a lot of people whom use blur effect as a vhs effect but it doesen’t look very good to me. I was trying to see if there is any other way in making this. Idk a viewport frame or a film grain? And the field of view is not the same it is another type of distorsion if i am right… Any other ways?

As for the barrel effect I’m not sure how one would do this
