Yup. Appeal was rejected.
I even emailed Support for the appeal rather than their automated appeals system.
This time though, the Support route felt like it was automated because it was rejected within a few seconds rather than moderation pondering over it over a few days.
Still, this is absolute insanity.
The Betsy Ross flag is not discriminatory in any way, and anyone who just tries to problematize it are just part of the problem. Roblox Moderation is now, without a doubt, bigoted.

This is totally ridiculous, I’d appeal again, and see if you can request a real human.
Alternatively, call the support number and see if you can get a real human.

I may make another direct appeal later.
Hopefully it will get someone to take a look.
Today happens to be “Flag Day”, which is when Congress adopted the stars and stripes as the flag of the US in 1777.
idk if its fate or sheer coincidence that I actually have to advocate for the American Flag on the very birthday of the stars and stripes.
The Roblox support email isn’t automation (at least from what I’ve seen) I’ve got stuff unbanned from that so yeah. Let me know if that helps.

It may have changed recently. The layout of the email reply they sent completely changed. It has the same layout as a reply you could recieve if you used the built-in appeals system
Ohio - one of the most Northern States is discriminatory because everything with stars, red white and blue is the stars and bars/rebel flag.

This is roblox being roblox. You might be able to separate it & re combine it in studio. This isn’t suprising, of the most famous memes in roblox is getting banned for saying “hi”. Theres no appealing, these are some of the things I got banned for:
“I love this so much” - dating???
“monkey” - (monkey raft survival game)
“bald eagle” - bald???
racism for calling out a player cheating in a battlegrounds game by making his avatar pitch black, pitch black aura, pitch black accessories + no arms so other players cant see if hes blocking let alone which way hes facing
racism again for calling someone a hacker, refusing to talk to him after he said weid things & when i was talking to someone else I said “ye” “yea” “maybe” “sure” or something like that, the hacker said “is it because im black” a few chat messages ago.
“ur disgusting” - in a drawing game to somone drawing hairy d**cs
This is why i dont use chat on my main account. I’ll start uploading images on side accounts before on my main.
btw some developers take out competition by joining the development group, adding a 18+ image to their game & reporting it.
