Issue on using Moon Animator 2

What do I want to achieve?

I’m trying to animate my rig so I can make a boss introduction animation.

Issue?

When I try to animate a Moon Animator rig I can’t move an arm or even any ligaments. I’m very new to animating and I don’t know anything about Moon Animator 2.

What have I done?

I’ve looked at this video to see if I could learn anything I had been missing. I also tried to use different moon animator rigs, such as changing my rig to default, R6, or original.

Hmm… Can you record a little video for me?

I don’t know how to screen record on my device but basically whenever I try to rotate or move the inactive ligament, it doesn’t move at all.
