Issue with Blank Statistics / Ghost Active ads on Ad Campaign

I want to successfully track the statistics of my ad campaign on Roblox and ensure that it is functioning correctly.

I created an ad campaign that is currently active, but all the statistics are showing as blank. I have filled out the questionnaire, added all necessary assets, and set a budget of $20 for a campaign length of 2 days with a cost per play of $0.03. The campaign started on 03/09/2024 at 6:01 PM, but as of now (04/09/2024 at 14:03), I cannot see any data.

I have tried increasing the cost per play (CPP), creating more ads, targeting different age groups, and even setting up an entirely new campaign, but none of these efforts have resolved the issue. I have also checked the Developer Hub for similar issues and potential solutions without success.

Ultimately, despite activating the paid ads, my game has unfortunately seen absolutely 0 increase in traffic as my advertisements have not generated a single impression.

I’m not the only one either, this is a very common problem currently:
Same issue #1
Same issue #2
Same issue #3
Same issue (however apparently resolved?)

Any help would be appreciated, I cannot WAIT to get some traffic to my game!

EDIT 1: 05/09/2024 - 19:15
I got in touch with the Roblox team: Roblox Contact Us

They’ve stated:
"To be eligible for a Sponsored sort feature, the experience must adhere to our safety standards and community guidelines and cannot be newly created. If your experience has just been created, please try using the Sponsored sort feature in the next 7-10 days to see if your experience is eligible. This is to ensure the best possible user experience and quality control.

As a result, we ask you to wait 7-10 days before you sponsor this experience. If after that time you are still unable sponsor your experience, you may need to wait longer and need to ensure that the experience adheres to the safety standards and community guidelines which can be found here. "

My game is 6 days old, so I’m assuming tomorrow is when I hopefully start to see the experience actually advertise like I paid for.

Might be worth noting, Ad Manager does not indicate this at all and still charges you. I’ll continue to update for anyone else in this position.
