Issue with creating badges?

So I have been encountering this bug the past few days and I have no idea how to fix it or whether it’s a roblox issue etc.

Basically that happens every time I try to edit a badge. (I am trying to reupload a resized image for the badge as it cropped out of the frame)

Have you tried clearing your website cache and cookies?

I have the same issue. Try and add a description.
It always saves for me when i add a description. Then you can remove it after.

Hi! I have encountered this issue as well, however here is the other method of uploading badges for games.

1. Go into studio for the game you are trying to upload the badge to
2. Go to “View”
3. Click on “Game Explorer”
4. Right click on badge and create a new badge!

This is a known issue.

Unable to configure badges

I am unable to save changes when configuring my badges, specifically changing their icons. This happens 100% of the time when I click the save button, and a red error message appears at the top of the screen that says “Something failed. Please try again later”. Meaning that I am completely unable to update their icons, titles, or descriptions. One of my friends suggested that I allow third party cookies in my browser, and I have tried this to no avail. Add a description and see if that fixes your issue. If it doesn’t, you may have to try other strategies. That means changing other parts of the badge or completely reuploading it. Testing on a throwaway place file to see if you can reproduce the issue is also viable (but a waste of 100 Robux).
