Rules and Regulations
All KD Hotel members and guests, are required to abide by these rules and regulations. Not doing so can and will result in a warning, a kick or ban, or even a permanent suspension from our games.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact any of our Senior High Ranks, which are a General Manager or above, and they will assist you to the best of their abilities.
Rules and Regulations
• Any kind of trolling at our facilities will result in three warnings, and then a kick or ban.
• Hate speech, or racism is prohibited and will result in a ban, or possible suspension depending on your rank.
• Exploiting will result in a permanent ban from all of our facilities, no matter what the severity of the exploit was.
• Multiple posts of group advertising, or asking for robux on our group wall will result in a suspension or blacklist depending on your rank.
• Inappropriate clothing will result in a maximum or three warnings for you to change it, if you don’t, you will be kicked or banned.
• Abusing caps/shouting will result in you being warned up to three times, and if you still continue it will result in a kick or ban. We don’t take “MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK” as an excuse.
• Any kind of spamming will result in an instant kick or ban.
• Intentionally giving the room keys to yourself or to any other users randomly will result in a suspension or ban depending on your rank.

KD Hotels & Resorts was founder January 1th, 2020 by Youngdman3033 & Moonliqteox. KD Hotels Shutdown in March for rebranding and relaunched on March 30th by Moonliqteox. KD is a hotel and resort group on ROBLOX. We strive for kindness and the satisfaction of our customers and employees. Q: How many warnings should I receive before a kick?
A: You should receive a maximum of 3 warnings before receiving a kick.
Q: How many kicks before I am banned?
A: You should receive 3 kicks then a ban.
Q: When are trainings & interviews hosted?
A: Tranings and Interviews are hosted randomly. Join our communication server to find our times. You can also check our trello page for trainings.

Guest Ranks
[1] | Hotel Guest
A hotel guest is a person who can book a room and enjoy KD hotels. This rank is obtain by joining the group or resigning as a LR or MR.
[2] | Noted Guest
A Noted Guest is a former HR or SHR who resigned for which ever reason. You can obtain this rank by resigning as a HR or SHR or being a allied representative.
[X] | Suspended
This rank is for a staff that is suspend for which ever reason. This rank is obtain by getting 3 strikes as a 3 member.
LR Ranks
[3] | Awaiting Training
A awaiting training is a person who applied and passed apps to work here. This rank is obtain by going to a interview or passing trainee application.
[4] | Receptionist
This is the first LR Rank. A receptionist is a person who check guest in and out the hotels. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or pass 1 trainings.
[5] | Senior Receptionist
This is the Second LR rank. Senior Receptionist is the person who help receptionist and trainee and show them how to do they job. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or attending 2 trainings.
[6] | Housekeeping
This is the third LR Rank. Housekeeping is in-charge of cleaning guest rooms and helping Receptionist if needed. This rank is obtain by working hard at shift or attending 3 trainings.
[7] | Senior Housekeeping
This is the fourth LR Rank. Senior housekeeping is in-charge of managing housekeeping & receptionist to make sure there doing there job correctly. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts & attending 4 trainings.
[8] Security
This is the second to last LR Rank. Security helps housekeeping & receptionist if needed and keep our hotel safe from trollers & exploiter. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or attending 5 trainings.
[9] Head of Security
This is the last LR Rank. Head of Security is in-charge of monitored all ranks under it and helping protect our hotel from trollers and exploiters. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or attending 6 trainings.
MR Ranks
[10] | Team Leader
This is the first MR ranks. A team Leader job is to help with trainings and monitoring lower ranks. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or being noticed by a HR/SHR or ownership member.
[11] | Intern
This is the second MR Rank. A Intern is suppose to be trainings to become a moderator. A intern can also help at trainings and interviews. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or being noticed by a HR/SHR or Ownership Member.
[12] | Moderator
This is the second to last MR Rank. A moderator is in-charge of moderation the hotel and making sure everyone is doing there job. A Moderator can help in trainings and interviews and can host shifts. This rank is obtain by working hard at shifts or being noticed by a HR/SHR member.
[13] | Supervisor
This is the last MR Rank. A supervisor is suppose to supervisor and help the moderator out. A supervisor can help at trainings and interviews and able to host shifts. This rank is obtain by working hard at shift or being noticed by a HR/SHR member.
HR Ranks
[14] | Management Team
This is the first HR rank. A Management Team is the help manage the hotel and staff under it ranks. Management Team can Co-host and help in trainings and interviews and host shifts. Management Team can demote any lower rank not following direction or not doing their job. This rank is obtain by not having safechat and being activity and being noticed by a Senior Management+.
[15] | Senior Management
This is the second HR Rank. Senior Management job is the monitor all ranks lower then them and help out with trollers & exploiter. Senior Management can Co-Host/help with trainings & interviews and host shift’s. This rank is obtain by being active and being professional and being noticed by anyone higher then them. This rank can also demote anyone lower then them.
[16] | Shift Manager
This is the last HR rank. Shift Manager manage shifts and staff. Shift manager can host shifts as they please and promote and demote anyone lower then them. This is the only HR rank that can host trainings and interviews.
SHR Ranks
[17] | General Manager
This is the first SHR. A General Manager job is to be in-charge of staff lower then them and keep our hotel safe from exploiter. A General Manager can host shifts, trainings, & interviews. They can also demote and promote all ranks lower then them.
[18] | Chief Moderation Officer
This is the second SHR rank. A Chief Moderation Officer job is to be in-charge of moderation in the hotel and demote anybody that abuse admin. This rank can host trainings, shifts, and interviews. This rank can also demote & promote.
[19] | Chief Staff Officer
This is the third SHR rank. Chief Staff Officer is in-charge of monitoring the staff and making sure they are working. This rank can demote and promote user. This user can host trainings, shifts, & trainings.
[20] | Chief Operating Officer
This is the fourth SHR rank. Chief operating officer is in-charge of the operation of the Hotel and staff. This rank can promote and demote users lower then them and host shifts, Trainings, and interviews.
[-] | Developer
This is the second to last SHR Rank. This rank is a development member and build for the group. This rank can also demote and promote users and host sessions.
[-] | Head Developers
This is the last SHR Rank. This is the head of development. He is in/charge of development and developers. He can promote and demote user and host sessions as well.
Ownership Ranks
[-] Vice President
This is the first ownership Rank. This is the head of staff and leader of SHR. This rank is obtained by getting picked by the President or Chairmen.
[-] President
This is last ownership rank. This is the head of everybody including the Vice President. This rank is obtained when a former President Resign and being picked by the Chairmen.(edited)

This rank is unobtainable. This is the Founder & Owner of the group.

KD Resorts & Hotels has a strict moderation system. If you break any rules, you will be warned, kicked, or banned.

Departments
Departments
Here at KD Resort & Hotels will have multiple departments for all members to join. Our department is as followed.
Moderation Department
The Moderation Department is a department that moderate our discord server and protect our discord from exploiter and much more.
How can you join the Moderation Department?
You can join the Moderation Department by applying when applications comes out. Applications are released every month or so.
Public Regulations Department
The Public Relations Department is a department that manage our alliance and events hosted by KD Hotels.
How can you join the Public Relations Department?
You can join the Public Relations Department if you are a MR+ and pass Public Relations Department Application is which is released everyone month or so.
Management Department
The Management Department handles our appeals. They handle demotions and suspension. This department also handles staffing and much more.
How can I join the Management Department?
You can join the Management Department when you are a HR+ at KD Hotels and pass management applications.
