While you are at the cafe, you might cross paths with disruptive customers. The information provided below will inform you of how to properly handle these types of situations. The information listed in “Minor Offenses” is 1 warning. If the disruptive customer proceeds, contact an MR+ to remove them from the server. Any information that is listed in “Major Offenses” is not to result in a warning, you must contact an MR+ immediately.

Minor Offenses

  • Inappropriate attire
  • Disrespect
  • Racism
  • Ordering incorrectly
  • Minor spamming
  • Political topics

Major Offenses

  • Exploiting
  • Bypassing
  • Major spamming
  • Glitching
  • Bypassed username
