Large GPU Wait Time

Opened up studio after a while, it just started lagging (noticable when moving around with camera) and the microprofiler just says the GPU Wait time is like 20-30ms…

Specs:
Win11
2060 SUPER Driver version 566.36 (latest as of writing)
Ryzen 5 2600
16GB DRR4 2400MHz

this is still an issue… there is absolutely NOTHING online regarding this, if i search up large gpu wait time this post is litereally the first result

I’ve found a solution to this issue:

go to Graphics Settings, find Roblox, disable optimization for windowed games.
