Leaderboard randomly broke and won't open again

Hello,

While I was playing Granny today, the leaderboard randomly broke for me while I was having the Microprofiler and the Performance Stats open. I pressed on the CPU stats usage (this would open a more detailed graph at the top right), while the Microprofiler was open and the leaderboard was open and the leaderboard immediately broke and disappeared after doing that and would refuse to open again later. There were some errors that appeared on the console.

I had this once too, it also happened in studio.

Yea I’ve reported this too couple days ago, hopefully they fix.

This is another proof that PlayerList/leaderboard runs even when disabled. This issue has also been reported to Roblox, however it remains without a fix.

@ItzAidfoplays390 we will investigate soon, given this thread has not been looked at in a while we would like to know if the issue is still reproducible/relevant by you?

It still happens since I’ve got my leaderboard breaking and throwing errors several times recently.

I confirm the problem is still happening as of today.
Some players of my game reported the bug this week and have been able to provide the console log, which contains the “IsBlocked” issue like in the OP.

Since some Roblox scripts were changed, the lines of the issue are different:

We don’t really know how the bug is triggered, but we have two suppositions:

  • If you press TAB exactly when someone leaves/joins the game
  • If you press TAB exactly when your character respawns
