Currently R15 bundle-less characters spawn unlocked by default.
However, R6 entirely, and body parts that belong to a bundle are locked by default.
Please lock the default R15 blocky bundle.
In building games or games that rely on parts being locked, developers currently have to write code to lock characters every time they spawn to account for this weird case.
This has been an issue since R15 first appeared iirc.
