Would you be able to share any scenarios in which you’d need 20 (or 2+) videos playing simultaneously? I can think of a few, but would be curious to know what you’d like to make that is currently not possible.

We’re currently working on an improved algorithm, but would you be able to share example(s) of where the current resolution is not satisfactory?
Currently it does not, but we’re actively working on changing this.
My question for this is, will the robux price for videos on roblox being uploaded go down? And will it be available to non-id-verified/<13 users in the future?
Edit: By <13 users I mean like 12 and younger users in the platform.
I’m certain you would be able to run some test with more than 2 videos playing at at time and while it might be fine on some high end development rigs, my guess is the average consumer mobile or mid-range PC would choke on the frame rate. Everyone always ask for more videos, why not post up a demo 20 videos playing on a mobile device? Everyone can see the device burn while the FPS drops to 1 FPS. 
If anyone remembers the days of myspace and users making websites that had hundreds of video and animations and music playing, crashing the PC it was running; you can probably relate… 
A very good example would be stages;
This looks as though it’s three separate parts, but in reality… it’s 9 parts with SurfaceGuis that are sized to make a perfect screen whilst giving the illusion of it being bent. Seeing as ScreenGuis don’t lay on Meshes, or Unions, like a decal does… this is the only way to properly portray a lit screen. A lit screen meaning a screen where it essentially glows in the dark, much as a realistic TV would.
That’s 9 videos playing at once, just for a simulation of 3 screens, that doesn’t include any other excess screens you may need, for more complex screen designs. The only other fix to this would be to make it so SurfaceGuis bent with a Mesh, or Union… or giving Decals the ability to have LightInfluence… and allow Videos to have the same capability.
I currently have a stage that has roughly 14 SurfaceGuis just to simulate two separate screens. The only reason I do this is due to Decals not having light influence, and SurfaceGuis not properly displaying on a mesh, or union.
This doesn’t include advertising for massive games, where certain games may need 10-20 Video stands alone to show off all the advertisements.

FWIW we are investigating this for VideoFrames. Can’t promise anything, but hoping this would solve the stage use case.
Would selectively playing these videos solve this? Or were you thinking more of a Times Square situation where it’s all in one spot?

I’m unsure, as it’s situational. If we could have a place where it plays and we can replicate the video elsewhere… it would be benefical. So, I’d say a Times Square Situation
This is something we are also exploring. Think wiring one video to multiple screens akin to how the newer audio API works.

Does the 2 video limit over-ride Advertisements? I mean, can you have 2 videos playing and then also have an advertisement video kick in and play as a 3rd or do they all over-ride, collide with each other? Never been able to test that. 
You can have 2 videos and 1 video ad playing at the same time on a client.
