Low Quality texture for Take a Chance hat

Take a chance is one of my favorite limited item on Roblox! The texture to it looks low quality and seems a bit off if you zoom into it.

The dots are all pixelated and the shadowing on the corners of the hat looks weird. The pixels are all distorted until the white dots. The pixels near the white dots on the hat look messed up as well. You need too zoom into the item closely to see what I mean.

Expected behavior

I would love to see Roblox update the texture to this hat. I think it will look a lot better with a higher resolution texture. I would like to see the same thing for the take a chance again hat as well.

Considering it is such an old item, the texture won’t be perfect. But I do see where you are coming from, maybe roblox will update it someday.

I hope this gets updated instead of just dismissed like this, they used to be so responsive to these reports.

Most likely it won’t because according to a Roblox employee that spoke on behalf of the team, they don’t have to address all of the bug reports… So, if this is closed, that means either it is not important and won’t prioritize, due of being a classic item, many people might not enjoy this change, or this is intentional design according to them.

All in all, if this is closed, you can’t really do anything, unfortunately…

retrofitting items with different textures is a great way to make people mad. nobody liked it when the faces got “updated” with new versions/dynamic heads
