Take a look at my new ugc item. While looking at it, the black parts are black. As soon as 2d is turned on, it turns white for some reason. I think that will lower my sales.
Please fix this ASAP

Tap 3d mode, you can see the color change.
That’s because your texture is transparent. Transparency isn’t currently supported for rigid accessories.
Would also be helpful for everyone if you provided screenshots of the issue in the future.
On a side note isn’t this copyright infringement?

Well, roblox doesn’t allow reuploads they should atleast make that clear. It would be a 2 second fix 
well that’s 2k don’t the drain. Also why does it go from white to black??? Just pick one color.
I don’t think it’s copyright cus I made it myself and it’s an animal.
