Make creating WeldConstraints more intuitive

As a Roblox developer, it is current too cumbersome to weld parts together in studio.

Currently, welding multiple parts together can be achieved by selecting multiple parts then selecting the Weld Constraint button in the Model tab:

However, this sometimes doesn’t work. I’m working on a new update for my game where I have to weld a lot of models together like this, and sometimes some parts are not welded to the rest.

The wiki says that “If several parts are selected when the Weld tool is clicked, any parts in that selection that are touching or overlapping will be welded together.” This is probably why some parts don’t get welded correctly (although sometimes parts appear to be touching but still aren’t welded):

It would be much quicker and more elegant if I could simply select the parts I want to weld, then make Weld Constraints between them, regardless of whether or not they are touching. If this issue were to be addressed, it would improve my development experience by making welding more efficient and elegant. I often find myself writing functions for the command line to weld models together for me because of this.
