Make GraphicsMode affect both studio and the client

I’m not sure if this was a recent change but changing GraphicsMode in studio does not affect the actual game client. This is super disappointing when there can be many performance benefits by using one GraphicsMode instead of another.

For example, ShadowMap isn’t supported by OpenGL (and Dx9?). By being able to switch to OpenGL, players may be able to increase their performance in some shadow heavy games.
