Hi there! I am offering my services as a builder. I specialise in making cafes/hotels/restaurants.
I am very active on the job and I have been building now for almost 3 years.

Availability:
At the moment in lockdown, I am available 5 hours ish per day.
When back in normal school hours, Monday-Friday I am available 2 hours per day.

Payment
Prices are negotiable, depending on the size and quality needed on the build.
I take group funds, or t-shirt (WITH TAX INCLUDED, 14k t-shirt would be 10k).
I take a payment of 1 limited too, depends on the price of the build.
I do not take USD as of yet, this may change.

Really nice portfolio dude, I would recommend changing the graphics settings in your roblox studio to truly reflect how great your builds are. I hope you get work, cause this stuff looks awsome!
