Maximum Bones issue/Bone isn't fully added

Alright, i’ll make this short and simple, so i have an issue. i try to make a Horror game That includes a Tree Assets that genuinely moves to make a jumpscare and make players stuck, however after adding bones, weight paint, and generally export them in roblox

, the bones got decreased (in animation editor), or the base part of the bones is Max out by 4 each
while i have 47 bones on my rigged and 3 base part.

this makes the rig lack of movement. anyone know how to fix this issue?, as the time i’m speaking i can only add 12 Bones in roblox Animation editor.
