Do not brag, the definition of bragging is boasting or talking about how great things are for you. When you can’t stop telling everyone how much money you make or how big your house is, or your current rank, this is an example of bragging, bragging can lead up to a permanent ban from all the games and a blacklist from the staff team.

Do not beg for ranks, to one of our staff team members, asking for ranks or hinting isn’t allowed here are some examples; Hi sir I have been working hard non-stop, I think I deserve a higher rank, can I replace tom? Can I have admin, please? I won’t abuse, etc.

Do not Dm/Pm to ask for ranks if you do this 3 times you will be demoted.
*, DO NOT Contact a higher up on our communication server To ask for a rank if you do you will be flagged, for demotion. -
When you leave the group you agreed to restart your progress, when rejoining the group you must restart as a trainee.

Use common sense, if you feel like a higher rank is asking you to do a task that is against our rules, don’t do it don’t hesitate to get in touch with a high command about it.

Only trainees may get interviewed, by a rank above Admin In Training, to gain their next rank.
This also means you may not interview any ranks other than that unless you have special permission from the founder himself. -
Use common sense, if you feel like the actions you perform are against our rules, do not attempt to try to commit them, There will not be mercy for this kind of behavior, This also counts if your fellow staff members tell you that it’s against the rules. If your are not sure ask for a higher rank before doing so. If you get cough breaking our rules you could end up with a suspension or removal from the staff team.

As a reminder, an account of a staff member will and Is held responsible for all of its actions and conduct on MCSO, even if you were not using the account or did the action at the time of a rule violation. To avoid issues, please make sure your Roblox Account is secured.

SPAWN KILLING -
Killing people who have just spawned into the game. -
CIVILIAN NEW LIFE RULE -
A civilian may not commit another felony after dying until 5 minutes have passed. A civilian may not return to the same scene at which they have just died at. -
LAW ENFORCEMENT NEW LIFE RULE -
A law enforcement officer is not permitted to respond to a call at which they have died until 5 minutes have passed. -
LEAVING/RESETTING TO AVOID ARREST -
When a suspect leaves the game, resets, or changes team (NOT IN CUFFS) to avoid being arrested. -
WEAPONS WHILE CUFFED/TASED -
A civilian may not produce a weapon while actively in handcuffs or tased. -
REFUSING TO ROLEPLAY ACTIONS -
Committing any act without roleplaying it where you would need to otherwise call out a roleplay action, for example, an officer unlocking a car door from the outside -
SEVERE BAITING -
Intentionally ramming, blocking, or attempting to instigate conflict with a police officer for no apparent reason continuously. Must be confirmed by a member of County Command for a Trello ban. -
TARGETTING -
Excessively killing a group or player for no apparent reason -
TROLLING -
Annoying other players to elicit a reaction for no reason -
ALTERNATE ACCOUNT -
Using an Alternate Account to avoid a ban/suspension. Or use it for a crime. -
EXCESSIVE BANS -
Having 3 Bans on Record in 1 month (Not Appealed) -
IMPERSONATION -
Impersonating another person trying to ruin their reputation, or impersonating a staff member -
THREATS -
The intent to cause damage or danger to someone -
TAMPERING WITH COUNTY RESOURCES -
Editing/Deleting/Spreading County Documents -
GIVING OUT/ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION -
Asking for/giving out any information that could compromise the privacy of somebody’s identity. -
FORGING -
The creation of a false written document/media or alteration of a genuine one, with the intent to defraud. -
GANGS -
An organized group of criminals with rules, hits, a hierarchy, and/or outfits -
EXPLOITING -
Using a 3rd party script executer to gain an advantage or ruin others’ enjoyment in-game. -
GLITCHING -
Using Roblox / in-game bugs to gain an advantage over others or gain access to otherwise restricted areas. -
HARASSMENT -
Continuously threatening or bullying another community member either in-game or on the communication server. -
MISS USE OF COUNTY EQUIPMENT -
Abuse of Tools or any sort of power given by the county. -
LAW ENFORCEMENT ABUSE OF POWER -
Abusing your power as a Law Enforcement Officer.
Disciplinary Review
This is to explain the disciplinary action and each level of discipline that can be provided and issued
upon someone.
Below are the following disciplinary actions that can be provided and issued to you if you break one of the regulations or rules that are in place:

Warning: If the issue/conflict is minor, you will be issued ONE warning and one warning only, upon your second offense, punishments may be greater.

Suspension [1 - 3 days]: If the issue/conflict was out of hand, could have been avoided, and you’ve received a warning already, you can face a 1 to 5-day suspension depending on the severity of the situation

Suspension [3 - 5 days]: If the issue/conflict was unacceptable and downright just unprofessional, you can face a 3 to 5-day suspension, depending on the severity of the situation.

Suspension [10+ days]: If the issue/conflict was major but not yet bannable, you can face a 10+ day suspension, depending on the severity of the situation.

Ban [ N/a ]: If the issue/conflict was violating the rules/ToS in an unacceptable way, you may face a temporary ban, the number of days depending on the severity of the situation.

Permanent ban: If the issue/conflict was a direct breaking of ToS/rules in an extremely unacceptable way, you will face a PERMANENT ban.

Permanent Staff Blacklist: If the issue/conflict was a direct breaking of ToS/ staff rules. you will face a PERMANENT staff blacklist, which means that you will not be able to pass any ranks above Captain.

Permanent Trello Ban: If the issue/conflict was a major violation of the ToS/rules, you will face a PERMANENT Trello Ban. Depending on the violation itself.
