MCSO - Staff Rules & Guidelines:
Any sharing of this document with anyone that is not in the MCSO Staff Team will get you exiled and blacklisted from The Staff Team, and may also result in further departmental punishment, or permanent exile from MCSO.

You must follow all rules stated in, MCSO - HandBook

Do not brag, the definition of bragging is boasting or talking about how great things are for you. When you can’t stop telling everyone how much money you make or how big your house is, or your current rank, this is an example of bragging, bragging can lead up to a permanent ban from all the games and a blacklist from the staff team.

Do not beg for ranks, from one of our staff team members, asking for ranks or hinting isn’t allowed here are some examples; Hi sir I have been working hard non-stop, I think I deserve a higher rank, can I replace tom? Can I have admin, please? I won’t abuse, etc.

Do not Dm/Pm to ask for ranks if you do this 3 times you will be demoted.

When you leave the group you agreed to restart your progress, when rejoining the group you must restart as a trainee.

Do not Admin Abuse, admin abuse, can lead to a permanent blacklist or suspension, and will only be unpunished by a High command.

Do not rank abuse. Rank abuse is when you use your rank powers as admin tools, and so forth to admin abuse, same with AA it’s a permanent blacklist.

Use common sense, if you feel like a higher rank is asking you to do a task that is against our rules, don’t do it don’t hesitate to get in touch with a high command about it.

Only trainees may get interviewed, by a rank above Admin In Training, to gain their next rank.
This also means you may not interview any ranks other than that unless you have special permission from the founder himself. -
Every single, staff member is fully required to be mature and respectful to everyone and their fellow staff members. Any staff member, that acts immature, or disrespectful in ANY way can lead to a staff strike or a full-on removal from the staff team without any appeals.

Use common sense, if you feel like the actions you perform are against our rules, do not attempt to try to commit them, There will not be mercy for this kind of behavior, This also counts if your fellow staff members tell you that it’s against the rules. If you are not sure ask for a higher rank before doing so. If you get cough breaking our rules you could end up with a suspension or removal from the staff team.

As a reminder, an account of a staff member will and Is held responsible for all of its actions and conduct on MCSO, even if you were not using the account or did the action at the time of a rule violation. To avoid issues, please make sure your Roblox Account is secured.

As a reminder, every staff member must use grammar to there best of their abilities this is required, and not doing so can lead to several warnings, or strikes and end with a suspension, for being unprofessional.

As a staff member, you may NOT leave the group or the staff team itself without giving notice, or requiring a discharge before doing so. Not doing so can lead to a perm ban and staff blacklist we require our staff to request a discharge request and wait for it to be accepted before then leaving if wished to.

The use of F3X / Building Tools is strictly banned, You MAY never attempt to use F3X without permission from a Co-Founder, or above. If you do choose to use it without permission expect major punishments.
*Don’t act childish, or try to be immature, any act of corruption, will lead to an investigation from IA Or the TIA.

Not using grammar, while being on duty. -
TRESPASSING-
The act of trespassing ears you do not suppose to have access to or be in. -
UNALLOWED ADMIN COMMANDS-
Using admin commands that are not allowed to be used to not allowed to be used with no permission from a high-ranking staff member, for example, the fly command is only allowed if you get permission from the chief of staff or above. -
BEGGING -
Do not Beg, for a rank or any kind of treatment. THIS ALSO COUNTS IF IT HAPPENS, IN PM/DMS. -
ABUSING TOOLS -
Abusing the tools you have been given/awarded. -
INTERFERING WITH OTHER DUTIES -
Interfering with duties that aren’t yours. -
ABUSING ADMIN -
Abusing the commands you have received. -
TREATS -
Any kind, of statement that states an unwanting behavior/ or action wished upon, a person, or the community. -
GHOSTING LOA -
As a staff member, when filling up an LOA. You may not join any game affiliated with MCSO, along as you are in LOA you will not be able to join any kind of events or experiences. Doing so can lead to disciplinary punishment. -
LEAVING/GHOSTING DUTIES -
When a staff member leave’s there duty or the whole community as a whole to get away with their duty. -
LEAVING TO AVOID PUNISHMENT -
When a staff member attempts to leave/discharge after they are pending punishment or currently in the punishment progress. -
ABUSING YOUR AUTHORITY -
The act, of abusing the authority/rank you have been given/awarded. -
ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT -
The act, of causing an alternative account(s) for malicious behavior.
The guidelines are set to be changed every now en then the County Command, is NOT in charge of informing you of any changes to the guidelines, it’s your responsibility to be updated with them.
Disciplinary Review
This is to explain the disciplinary action and each level of discipline that can be provided and issued
upon someone.
Below are the following disciplinary actions that can be provided and issued to you if you break one of the regulations or rules that are in place:
This can go up depending on the frequency and severity of the rule violation.

Warning: If the issue/conflict is minor, you will be issued ONE warning and one warning only, upon your second offense, punishments may be greater.

Suspension [1 - 3 days]: If the issue/conflict was out of hand, could have been avoided, and you’ve received a warning already, you can face a 1 to 5-day suspension depending on the severity of the situation

Suspension [3 - 5 days]: If the issue/conflict was unacceptable and downright just unprofessional, you can face a 3 to 5-day suspension, depending on the severity of the situation.

Suspension [10+ days]: If the issue/conflict was major but not yet bannable, you can face a 10+ day suspension, depending on the severity of the situation.

Ban [ N/a ]: If the issue/conflict was violating the rules/ToS unacceptably, you may face a temporary ban, the number of days depending on the severity of the situation.

Permanent ban: If the issue/conflict was a direct breaking of ToS/rules in an extremely unacceptable way, you will face a PERMANENT ban.

Permanent Staff Blacklist: If the issue/conflict was a direct breaking of ToS/ staff rules. you will face a PERMANENT staff blacklist, which means that you will not be able to pass any ranks above Captain.

Permanent Trello Ban: If the issue/conflict was a major violation of the ToS/rules, you will face a PERMANENT Trello Ban. Depending on the violation itself.

Guide
This quote must be done by every staff member pending on their rank once a week.
Not doing so can lead to a strike after the 3rd strike you will be removed from the staff team instantly. If you are unable to do your quote then request an LOA and you’re weakly quote will be removed.
You must log your events when done it will be looked at by County Official / Intelligence Agency. You will receive 3 points for every event you fully hosted/CoHosted.
