What do you mean by a decal? 
Like an image. So make a glass part in the wall and make a part behind it with a image of a landscape. Idk maybe a bad idea

It surely distracts me.
You can encourage donations even without blinding the player.
I like your barrels, I think the new neon windows are a bit bright for the mellow abode. Maybe if they were toned down to a smolder vs a glare? Like lamplight outside instead of sun? But then that probably wouldn’t work well with your cracked door flood light effect.

The only thing not made in Studio are the plates. Otherwise, everything you see was made in Roblox Studio.
