Greetings! Mixiez is a small, local French Bakery, located in Paris 1956. We are a virtual coffee, pastry, and deli franchise which features local French food as well as other European pastries. Our kitchen staff, executives, and corporates work daily to prepare something unlike no other. We are the first and only virtual bakery wanting to stimulate a realistic environment hoping to change the Roblox role-play industry.
Introduction
Greetings, this document is a short guide explaining the rules and information listed in this group for all ranks. We ask you pay attention to this guide, as well as take any information here into account as this guide is vital to this group. This guide is split into multiple sections, such as Dresscode and Behavior.
General Rules for ALL visitors to Mixiez
These are some of the more basic rules, require for anyone visiting any of the Mixiez held games, community servers, or any of the group’s assets. Failure to follow this set of basic rules will result in moderation action taken on the severity of the infraction.
Trolling - When it comes to trolling, Mixiez is like no other group. We ask you to avoid this tactic as it can be disturbing to others, and be annoying. While we do not ban trollers onsite like many other groups do. We ask you kindly to stop, our staff are prepared to deal with disruptions.
Exploiting - Exploiting is a bannable offence in all Mixiez facilities. Any use of decompiling scripts or assets will be DMCA’d if seen by any Mixiez staff. All assets are under a DMCA protection, meaning that you will be forced to take them down, or face possible legal actions taken.
Attire & Clothing - Any attire that is violating any of our current rules put in place is a bannable offence as while it may be funny to you, others may not feel the same. Attire that is racist, sexist, bypassed shirts, discriminatory, homophobic, transphobic, or degrading in any possible way to race, sexuality, religion, beliefs, or political view is not allowed. Users who violate this rule will be asked to change, then banned as we do not allow, nor condone any of the clothing mentioned.
Advertising - Advertising is a bannable offence and or a fire-able offence to staff. Advertising in any form such as groups, Discord servers, social media, or commission work is not allowed weather this be in our Community Server, group, or any other Mixiez owned facilities.
Language - While we do allow others to speak other languages, we do not condone abusing this to troll, or disrupt others. We have put in place systems to stop users abusing this rule to troll. Users who are speaking other languages must understand that while we might not understand them, we are trying our best. Staff are asked to use translators if possible, if not, we do have the right to remove you from the server, and or mute you. This is in no way intended to be racist or discriminatory whatsoever as not all staff have translators, speak the same language, or understand it, and because not all staff are capable of assisting users who speak any language other than English.
Ordering Items - While at the register, the maximum number of items you may order is 3. While siting down, we serve courses, the maximum number of meals per course is one.
Common Sense - While not every rule here is listed, we do ask you to use common sense when at any of our facilities. This way we are able to assist you in whatever need you might have, without struggle.
Appeals - All appeals are asked to be sent to jacob#0009. We do not appeal any server bans, but only Communication Server bans, Trello Bans, and P-Bans. If you wish to learn more about our appeals, we ask you visit our appeals guide, here.
Account Age - To prevent raids, we have an anti raid system for all our facilities, account age being one of them. The limit for account age is 10 days old, if your account is under 10 days you will be kicked from the server, until of course, your account is over 10 days.
Staff Requirements
Dress Code - All staff are asked to dress in a semi-formal manner, maintaining customer dress code standards or higher. We ask intrusive packages, discriminatory clothing, or clothing that is prohibited according to Roblox ToS stays in your closet.
Behavior - As a staff member, your behavior matters. We ask that you not only respect your fellow staff members, but also guests, and other group members. You will be held responsible in all games, and community servers you are in, as you are representing this group, and its standards. You should note, that as a member of our staff team, it is your priority to work, not violate rules, or chat with others. Please note that any actions preformed on your account, weather it was your sibling, parent, or cat hold you responsible. If you become compromised, we ask that you tell a HR as soon as possible to lower the risk of a permanent demotion.
Chat Requirements - As a staff, we ask you use grammar, meaning capitalizing the beginning of your sentences, using punctuation such as periods, and spelling words correctly in your sentences when at a group place.
Admin, System, and Utility Responsibilities - As a staff, you are given permissions such as using our Utility commands, and Admin commands. Abuse of either of these will lead to a demotion without question, as we ask you read this form before beginning your journey as a staff.
