Is there a way for me to view my moderation history? Could I possibly email Roblox or something like that?

According to Roblox Wiki - Fandom, moderation history was visible in the user’s account settings. This feature was removed in 2016 and is no longer visible on the settings page, though moderation staff are always able to review moderation history.

You can, but it’s a bit of a long process.
You’ll need to submit a support form that looks like this:
Put the username of the account you’d like to view the Moderation History of.
The email address you put in the form should be the address associated with your Roblox account.
It is crucial that you set the help category to Right of Access (ROA) under Data Privacy Requests.
In “Description of Issue”, put “I request to view my Moderation History”
Soon, Support will email back and start the process. Note that they’ll ask you to verify your account with an ID of some sort (i.e. driver’s license, passport).
