Modification to CharacterMeshes (BaseTextureId)

Change how BaseTextureId is overwritten by Shirts and Pants. The BaseTextureId should override the Clothing, enabling the option to have 2 overlapping textures. Whenever packages allow players to wear their shirts on it the BaseTextureId is set to 0 anyway which leaves it kinda useless- unless someone can give me an example of a package that actually uses it.

Pretty sure action figure uses it. This thread is in the wrong place btw, it should be in Client Features.

I wasn’t sure of where to put it, could you move it for me if you haven’t already? I’ll check out the package later today to see if my proposistion still stands.
