  • Maintain a high level of dedication, reliability and responsibility.
  • Perform adequately at shifts, ensuring smooth workflow amongst employees.
  • Quickly identify issues, propose workable solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Upholding company guidelines while not impersonating a member of management.

By adhering to this criteria, your chance of promotion increases.

  • Before a promotion to TA can be considered, you must be verified in our Discord server.

    • You must be ranked Team Lead and have 1800 XP minimum.
    • A recurring level of activity within the Restaurant is expected.
    • Keep going! Excellence is demonstrated by commitment and drive.
  • Be a team player!

    • Team Lead’s still take orders from customers.
    • Assist new members in restocking and ordering supplies for the restaurant!
    • Help someone struggling learn the ropes.
    • Provide tips and tricks, and share the AI customers.
    • Give everyone a turn to succeed.
  • Enforce the rules to an extent, even when you think nobody is watching.

  • Grammar & Punctuality - Now that you are a Team Lead, your grammar and formality is judged to a higher degree than that of a Trainee or Bistro Artisan. Ensure sentences are legible, and maintain a professional, formal image. This is what we want for our management!

  • Properly report trollers/disruptive customers and adhere to the Code of Conduct. Try to remember customers that disrupted a shift and report them to administration by creating a ticket on our server. If you are able to send proof through Discord that is also very helpful!

  • Consistent inactivity.
  • Impersonation of management.
  • Attention seeking behavior.
  • Desperate behavior.
  • Abuse of ticket reporting.

If you’re not willing to put in the work like everyone else, you’re not Molte management material.
