:memo: At Molte, management is a privilege reserved for our most dedicated employees. If you’re interested in advancing through our corporate ladder, consistently demonstrating good behavior and meeting the promotion criteria will help keep you on the right path.

:closed_book: | Promotion Criteria for Team Lead’s →

  • Maintain a high level of dedication, reliability and responsibility.
  • Perform adequately at shifts, ensuring smooth workflow amongst employees.
  • Quickly identify issues, propose workable solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Upholding company guidelines while not impersonating a member of management.

By actively practicing and adhering to this criteria, your chances of promotion improve significantly.
:warning: However, there is a lot more to advancing that these key points.

:green_book: | Evaluable Criteria →

  • Before a promotion to TA can be considered, you must be verified in our Discord server, hold the required points for Team Lead status, and have maintained consistent activity within the Restaurant. Additionally, you must meet all other outlined criteria.

  • Keep Going! Now that you are a Team Lead does not mean you are instantly qualified for a promotion to Training Assistant. Remain active and stay dedicated.

  • Grammar & Punctuality - Now that you are a Team Lead, your grammar and formality is judged to a higher degree than that of a Trainee or Bistro Artisan. Ensure sentences are legible, and maintain a professional, formal image. This is what we want for our management!

  • Properly report trollers/disruptive customers and adhere to the Code of Conduct. Try to remember customers that disrupted a shift and report them to administration by creating a ticket on our server. If you are able to send proof through Discord that is also very helpful!

:no_entry_sign: | Harmful Criteria to Eligibility →

  • Consistent inactivity.
  • Impersonation of management.
  • Attention seeking behavior.
  • Desperate behavior.
  • Abuse of ticket reporting.

:warning: If all you talk about is wanting a promotion, all we’ll talk about is your ineligibility.
If you’re not willing to put in the work like everyone else, you’re not Molte management material.

:fork_and_knife: Thank you for reading the Career Evaluation Guide at Molte. We hope that it provides valuable insight for what behavior to practice once you become a Team Lead. If you are upholding the promotional criteria, we will notice. Once a Training Assistant interview opens up at the Training Hub, we encourage you to come and introduce yourself and give it your best shot. Good luck!

Best Regards, endotonix.
