  6. π—§π—˜π—”π—  π—Ÿπ—˜π—”π—— = The final level of the employee ranks, with seniority in the Kitchen, Team Leads are responsible for overseeing employee workflow in the absence of management. They coordinate tasks, provide guidance, and maintain clear communication between higher management and frontline employees.

  1. 𝗧π—₯π—”π—œπ—‘π—œπ—‘π—š π—”π—¦π—¦π—œπ—¦π—§π—”π—‘π—§ = Training Assistants (TA’s) are responsible for assisting with Orientation and making sure that artisans have a thorough understanding of Kitchen operations. They also ensure everyone customers and management alike conform to the Code of Conduct by upholding and enforcing the restaurant’s rules and regulations.

    • The maximum amount of members is 15.
  2. π—¦π—¨π—£π—˜π—₯π—©π—œπ—¦π—œπ—‘π—š π—§π—˜π—”π—  = Supervisors (ST’s) are responsible for overseeing the restaurant. They provide guidance, coordinate workflow, and serve as a communication bridge between upper management and frontline employees.

    • The maximum amount of members is 12.
  3. π— π—”π—‘π—”π—šπ—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ π—§π—˜π—”π—  = Managers (MT’s) are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the restaurant and providing guidance to both ST’s and TA’s. They play a key role in recruitment & retention, setting goals and strategies, and resolving conflicts. Additionally, Managers have access to administrator-level commands, allowing them to take action in emergencies.

    • The management team has 2 corresponding Executive Leads.
    • The maximum amount of members is 10.
  4. π—”π——π— π—œπ—‘π—œπ—¦π—§π—₯π—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘ π—§π—˜π—”π—  = Administrators (AT’s) are tasked with the highest level of in-game authority at the restaurant. They are responsible for reviewing and managing all tickets, swiftly responding to any in-game situations, and enforcing the Code of Conduct across employees, management, customers, and guests. By ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and overseeing operational consistency, they handle escalated issues and emergencies effectively.

    • The management team has 1 corresponding Executive Leads.
    • The maximum amount of members is 5.

  1. π—–π—›π—œπ—˜π—™ 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙 π—’π—™π—™π—œπ—–π—˜π—₯ = CSO’s oversee Molte’s employment department, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, and overall staff development. Staff Officers organize all Training Hub events and handle any ranking tasks related to these sessions. Additionally, CSO’s are in charge of promoting employees who have earned the required points via tickets/in-game.

    • The employment team has 1 corresponding Executive Leads.
    • The maximum amount of members is 8.
  2. π—–π—›π—œπ—˜π—™ π—₯π—˜π—Ÿπ—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘π—¦ π—’π—™π—™π—œπ—–π—˜π—₯ = Relations Officers (CRO’s) are responsible for establishing and maintaining affiliations and business partnerships. They coordinate with affiliates, plan group events, and create all necessary documentation to formalize partnerships with external organizations. As the key point of contact for Molte’s external communications, CRO’s ensure seamless collaboration and communication with business partners.

    • The maximum amount of members is 5.
  3. π—–π—›π—œπ—˜π—™ π—’π—£π—˜π—₯π—”π—§π—œπ—‘π—š π—’π—™π—™π—œπ—–π—˜π—₯ = Chief Operations Officers (COO’s) oversee Molte’s operational resource department, ensuring that sessions are regularly hosted and events are staffed appropriately. In addition to establishing operational standards and policies, COOs guide staff training initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and quickly address any issues that arise.

    • The operations team has 1 corresponding Executive Leads.
    • The maximum amount of members is 5.

  1. π—˜π—«π—˜π—–π—¨π—§π—œπ—©π—˜ π—Ÿπ—˜π—”π—— = Executive Leads oversee and manage their respective departments, forming the executive branch of Molte’s Senior Management. They operate under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring each department adheres to company standards and contributes to Molte’s overall success.

    • There can only be a total of 5 Executive Leads at one given time.
      Administration x1, Management x2, Staff x 1, Operations x1.
  2. π—–π—›π—œπ—˜π—™ π—˜π—«π—˜π—–π—¨π—§π—œπ—©π—˜ π—’π—™π—™π—œπ—–π—˜π—₯ = Chief Executive Officers (CEO’s) lead the Executive team by ensuring proper organization, management, and execution of in-game events at the restaurant and the Training Hub. They also advise the Presidency on projects across various departments and help streamline both the application and recruitment processes within the management structure. CEO’s are invaluable to management of all managerial departments.

    • The maximum amount of members is 2.
  3. 𝗕𝗒𝗔π—₯𝗗 𝗒𝗙 π——π—œπ—₯π—˜π—–π—§π—’π—₯𝗦 = The Board of Directors (BOD) serves as a figurehead body within Molte’s Senior Management, offering strategic oversight and support for major projects and events. They assist with bug testing and development efforts, collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on objectives, and keep the Presidency informed about milestones.

  4. π—©π—œπ—–π—˜ 𝗣π—₯π—˜π—¦π—œπ——π—˜π—‘π—§ = A junior figurehead of the Molte Presidential body.

  5. π—˜π—«π—˜π—–π—¨π—§π—œπ—©π—˜ 𝗣π—₯π—˜π—¦π—œπ——π—˜π—‘π—§ = A senior figurehead of the Molte Presidential body.
