Monthly Game Stats Data stuck on generating

Reproduction Steps

Going into developer stats on my game, under Download Monthly Game Stats Data and select the 6 most recent months in the drop down menu.

Expected Behavior

I expected the report to be generated within a day or two.

Actual Behavior

The 4 out of the 6 reports I selected for the 6 months to this date are stuck (October 2021 - March 2022) on generating, been waiting 3 days so far and counting.

UPDATE: This has been solved for me and I’m able to download the month I was having issues with.

Developer Stats: 'February 2019' report indefinitely generating

Different month, but it seems to be the same issue. Some months refuse to generate and there’s no extra details about what the problem is which I can provide other than place information.

Issue has been resolved for me with some help, but I still believe this is still a issue on Roblox.

How did you solve this problem on your end? I’m still having the couple of reports generating forever, and it doesn’t seem like the post linked from @buildthomas has fixed my issue either.

Luckily I’m not in dire need of these reports currently, but I can’t say the same for others.

I think a contact within Roblox helped to resolve the issue for my game, which is not ideal for everyone.
