It seems like when trying to generate an XLSX file for the ‘Download Monthly Game Stats Data’ section under Developer Stats > Data Export, it indefinitely generates (or takes way longer than every other month) and on the first time of attempting to generate the file, it will give an error like the one shown below. After reloading the page, it will not show this error but it will appear to be generating.
My guess is that this happens with every game, as the two of mine I tried to generate from, INFINITY RPG and CRIMSON RPG, both throw this error. I know that something is up because every other available report only takes a few minutes to generate, while specifically ‘February 2019’ is indefinitely generating. I have been waiting about 2 days for this report to generate.
Under this URL I found on the web page, it seems to be stuck at Queued, while every other report is either ReadyForDownload or NotGenerated.
I will keep updated here in case if it ever does fully generate.
I’d like to bump this again, as my monthly game stats data for February 2022 has been generating for over a week and a half now and it used to only take a few minutes. Tried doing it for this January and last December as well, same issue.
It does not seem to be working properly if it’s taking this long - it never took more than 10-20 minutes before. Now it’s been a week+ and request hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
