When I went to load a creator hub developer asset configuration page, I noticed that, despite waiting 5+ minutes and trying repeatedly on multiple profiles, asset configuration pages now fail to load.
UPDATE: This is now also occuring on the following pages:
Would you prefer a screenshot, recording, or just a copy of the HAR file for it?
Although the pages will still not load the contents in Chrome for me, they are no longer showing HTTP errors in the chrome console.
Edit: After leaving the page open for an hour with console open after reloading it, some errors have finally shown up in console. I’ll add logs to the PM for this post.
@NextWeekPlease I have gone ahead and sent up to date logs (including a sanitized .HAR) in the private message for this post. Some non-HTTP errors have shown up after leaving the page in the loading state for an extended timeframe, and I have also included those as a result.
Hi there, wanted to follow up and see if the issue still persists!
Unfortunately a redacted HAR file doesn’t provide much useful information. Would love to be able to find an alternative approach to work with you. For example, you can open your devtools, switch to “Network” tab. You’d then be able to click on specific requests that fails and screenshot detailed request/response info (you can selectively redact info if you prefer).
The issue no longer seems to be occurring for me after some Chrome updates and Windows updates - otherwise, I’d be more than happy to send a video showing each of the requests or something similar.
