One morning i log into Roblox, and im suddenly banned, after like 10 minutes of looking at the ban, i couldn’t belive my eyes, i see the reason is “Cheating and exploiting”, now what i find even more confusing is that (to my understanding) it says i exploited in my own game, i don’t even know how that would even be possible.
The next thing i did is i immidiately opened a Roblox support ticket and explained that there was a mistake and i attempted to appeal my account. A few hours later i receive a mail back, the moderator who replied to me, gave me a totally new reason, saying that my game contains “Ultimate Trolling Gui’s” for short “UTG” which the moderator noted him self that those GUI’s contain various trolling/innapropriate functions such as blood, bomb vest, jihad, genocide and more.
The moderator also noted that after the 1 day ban ends, that i remove the said content from my game to get it unbanned, however there is no UTG in my game, nor was it ever there, nor in any of my games. So with that, clearly i don’t know what’s the content i need to remove/if even any, as i am very certain this is a moderation mistake by their side and they have put no much effort into further assisting me and immidiately declined my appeal.
I do understand that moderators are very busy and it is sometimes a challening job to do, but this moderator didn’t put any effort into explaining the exact content that is the issue (because there is no UTG content in my game) nor tried actually helping me to get this issue solved.
I am requesting further help here, because i do not know where else to go, i have spent countless hours now and in the past working for what i have achieved on this roblox account, i will not let it all go without a fight, as long as i don’t have actual reasoning to belive that i am guilty of something, which is understandable if it was so, but here it doesn’t seem the case.
- I have never shared team access to anyone
- I have already spent hours upon hours thinking of what could be the “UTG”, all the gui i have in the game was there already for over 6 months, and is game functioning GUI, like choose a country to play as and etc, nothing that comes even as close as harmful.
Recently i was working on my custom admin commands and it is the ONLY gui i added within over last 6 months, and that gui is “chatlogs”, “commandlogs”, “admins/staff” types, nothing harmful, and it the exact opposite of harmful. Used to deal with cheaters and exploiters to make the game family friendly and safe for all ages and the roblox community.
Please help me and let me know what i should do as it doesn’t seem it is going to work out if roblox staff put minimal effort, i could keep trying and trying, but all it takes is one moderator to permanently close my appeal and ruin everything for me, or if im lucky like i always was by now to get a staff member to see my ticket who puts their best efforts into the moderation, and i appriciate for these guys that they are there for us, every day that ticks my community is more impatient and i need to get the game back up, i would like to get some notice from roblox staff to help me resolve this issue and to properly review my game for any innapropriate content if it is there, i am clueless on what to do and im not even sure what the actual ban reason is, exploits, cheats, or UTG…?.
