Hello Everyone, my game Airplane has been shadow-banned for 4 days until this day. Me and every person that favorited or played my game can’t see the game on their recent played games and on their favorited category. This has caused my game to drop in visits/revenue in a 90%.
I believe the problem haves something to do with Roblox crash over the weekend. Also I saw this post which seems to have a similar problem (and was apparently fixed by a Roblox staff).
I’ve tried to contact Roblox staff and I even got a reply saying the had fixed my problem (they didn’t).
I would really appreciate that someone helped me fix this problem or atleast tell me the reasons behind it.
