Heroes Online, a game created by myself and co-developers over at Bloxxit Studios has been shadow-banned more times than i can count. Previously, it only disappeared occasionally for players that weren’t logged in but after being shadow banned twice in the past three days for ALL users of the Roblox website, I can’t help but think that something is wrong here. I haven’t gotten any message from Roblox about why this is happening and it’s heavily impacting the game’s exposure to new players, dropping player-count and user interaction levels significantly.
I kindly ask that either these shadow bans are stopped or the reason behind the shadow bans is relayed to me so that I can make the necessary changes to avoid being affected by them in the future.
PS:The second shadow-ban was today, after the website fiasco, so at least one of these shadow bans was not a direct result of the website’s issues during that period.
NB: Shadow-ban’s meaning here is when a game is removed from all front-page categories and player’s favourites and recently played and can only be found via directly searching for it in the search bar or using an off-site link.
