Can someone from roblox staff help please, its really depressing to see those same replies from Roblox support on mail, they arent even checking anything
Happened to my group holder account which holds game assets and all my group funds. I just got an email back from Roblox and they said I needed proof of ownership and a picture of any robux purchase but I’ve never bought robux on that account.
Its been more almost 2 weeks I’ve been facing this issue and Roblox support is giving me “unfortunately, we don’t have enough information to verify the ownership of this account” ???
They are removing emails from players account by themselves and then they are saying not enough proof very very sad and disappointing
