Network Receive question

I have no idea what’s acceptable and what not, in my game this is the average Network receive:

Is this too much? and if so, what can cause it?

I don’t fully know what I’m talking about but I believe (I read somewhere that) Roblox in general functions best if you keep below 60 KB/s in incoming or outgoing data. Which you seem to be right on the line of, though I’m not sure if roblox would start throttling information at that threshold or whatever. not too sure at all.
