New Feedback Dashboard - See Detailed Feedback from Your Community

Amazing Update!! I can finally get feedback from players outside of external communities.

Can’t believe we got so many AMAZING features in one day. Props to the teams that worked on these!

Literally one of the best updates Roblox has given to their creators.

Yipee! :3

Glad to see a proper feedback system implemented. Part of me feels like reviews should be publicly available, but another part of me knows that could lead to a LOT of abuse.

Will pass this along! What level of detail would you expect to see?

I remember us requesting this feature many moons ago. Thank you so much for implementing, this is honestly a huge replacement for what I used to use Roblox’s inbox system for, and so far it’s already providing us more feedback than I know what to do with.

Would love to see a “Word Cloud” system that shows most common upvote/downvote words/trends. Maybe something semi-intelligent that can pick out the “game stinks” and places in “bank broken” or “handcuff range”.

Ah good callout! We will be adding web support shortly!

I’d like to see memory amount and maybe CPU clock speed (or model)! Maybe device name if that is a property you can read.

One more thing: Would love to see my feedback automatically translated. Maybe 30% of our feedback is not english and requires a google translate tab. Thanks!

Edit: Looks like this is on the way, thank you!

This is very cool. It would be great if users who have been banned with the official Ban API could not change their vote after the fact.

Another idea as I sort through my first wave of feedback (This feature is wonderful!)

Let me save specific feedback, and even allow me to respond to specific feedback while keeping their anonymity. Would love to address a problem and somehow alert them that we’ve taken their feedback. Perhaps they’d switch their downvote to an upvote.

Killer feature guys. This is life changing.

Are there any plans to allow <13 players to submit specific feedback? While I’d imagine they can’t include detailed comments for safety reasons, it’d still be useful if they were able to select from a list of pre-written reasons on their vote.

I think one of the oldest forum threads I managed to dig up was from like 2017 (link). Been a long time coming! Let us know how things feel when the AI summaries launch, funny enough we actually explored some lighter non-AI solutions like a word cloud or common keywords count

Definitely seems like a feature for the near future!

Another request: Please add the feedback comments to the exportable CSV file button. Would love to toss this file to ChatGPT and have AI summarize 1000s of ratings concisely with the biggest items to attack first. For now, I am happily reading all of these page by page.

Please add a button like “Translate to [language]” under the feedback text as do the comment sections of YouTube have!

Unlike auto translate, this allows us to keep the original user content while being able to quickly view the translated content

This update deserves a trophy or perhaps an entire monument commemorated by a 10-mile parade and a month-long feast. I’d love to shake the hand of every individual involved in its fulfillment.

I heavily agree with this. Being able to reply to feedback comments would greatly improve the connection between developers and their communities.

A little bit confused, as someone who is on an Android Phone managed to write a review for my experience in March despite it being PC Only for the last 9 months straight? In fact, the experience has been PC only for nearly a year now.

Love the idea of saving specific feedback and we’ve been discussing something to help with the feedback loop back to the player like a “Thank the player” button or some way to mark something as fixed/addressed.

We’d really love to, it’s just a bit complicated with age and privacy restrictions. We tested a version that had multiple select to get around this limit but we felt this ended up being more valuable for Roblox (we can see the difference between different experiences across the platform) vs the developer behind a specific experience. Nothing concrete or planned at the moment but it is something that’s on our radar.

Loving the play-by-play feature requests :joy: This is currently supported and exactly for that reason! Click the export above the table, not the chart view. Let me know if that isn’t working for some reason!

Could we be able to customise the text in this window (having separate ones for upvote & downvote)? I can’t think of an example off the top of my head, but I can imagine having a prompt tailored towards the experience might encourage some people to commit with providing feedback.

Also allowing players to provide feedback from within the experience, through a core UI window, would also be great. This has already been done in the past using webhooks but it would be much better having it integrated with the official feedback system.

The only problem I can think of getting in the way of this idea is that player’s need to either upvote or downvote the experience first which can’t be done in-game at the moment.

This is a great addition though and will help a lot with guiding development and adjusting gameplay to improve it.
