Well to combat Nr. 2 i can add a option for devs to unflag individual players from their game.
Still doesn’t change the fact that nexusban is dying out increasingly more.
maybe becuase nobody is using a system they have no control over and have no need for if they own any type of anticheat
instead of making a useless ban list that only 5 player obbies will use release an actual resource that game developer can and will use for game development
Then give me ideas mate.
If its so useless give me a better idea.
And dont you dare say anything about anticheat
shouldnt have happened in the first place lmao, at least if you knew what you were doing…
I wasn’t planning on using this resource at all because of what @packpngtexture stated above.
It doesn’t make it any better that this developer is extremely immature and irresponsible.
Thank you for your feedback.
Great opinion you got.
Now you can skedadle away
“why is my product dying :(((((”
Okiii
You can also skedadle away.
dude Im seriously trying to help you, you cant keep doing this
Do you want people to use this product? If so, you gotta have good PR, currently you are the last person on earth anyone would want to get something from, you’re getting worked up over all of this itty-bitty stuff, and its hard to trust someone like that, if I were you, for starters, stop acting immature I beg , and just ignore the haters.
When it comes to developers and making community resources, if you start being like a jerk, nobodies gonna use your stuff (as can be said with most resources).
All Im saying is you’re ruining your reputation over nothing, and that I beg for your future projects that you can like, stop, cause its only going to get worse if you keep it up.
Anyhow those are my wise words of the day, do with them what you will.
Got it in the future anything that i personally consider as Hate i will simply ignore and not answer to.
You should not have this mindset, it will only make you untrustworthy. I suggest dropping this project and starting with something the community can use it can be as simple as a ban logger. It’s time for a redemption arc or something because as @FroDev1002 said you continue to dig yourself a hole.
It’s really important as a CREATOR that you need to respond to feedback positively even if you take it negatively or consider it as hate. You DO NOT under any circumstance start attacking the customer or potential customer of your product by telling them to leave or just say they are wrong, theres a reason why the saying “The customer is always right” exists.
I believe you need to take a step back and work on something smaller as i stated that can directly help the community. No one expects perfection, but people will remember how you respond to criticism. By being transparent, you’ll show the community that you’re serious about creating something useful.
I already started a new project.
Don’t worry.
Well good luck and hopefully you can use this as a learning experience for the next time.
All your replies look like your under 13, so let me just set this straight.
You are not accepting any feedback, nor criticsm, so I suggest you give up with this project. We have no control over what you do, and you can easily exploit this easily.
I searched you up and found nothing on your background. So no one is going to trust you.
Unfortunately, you cannot control what people say. So please, get more matured and quit the project, and if you are underage, leave the forums.
I will not quit my projects.
Its not under your control.
And im not underaged. Happy to clarify. Goodbye.
What do you define as “underage”? A 13 year old doesn’t act the way you are.
That is correct. However, you aren’t listening to feedback, thus voiding your project.
@afgdgzdg73 i get where you’re coming from with this and i think trying to fight exploiters at scale is a good goal. i’m not going to reiterate what everyone else in this thread has already said about the downsides and flaws of your current system.
instead of a central banlist, maybe think about creating a new framework for game creators to handle their own banlists? there’s always space for more community resources, and there’s no shame in admitting your own mistakes.
you have potential with this, but it’ll need a pivot :)
Yeah, Ill give up on this project temporarily.
I’m working on a Web-Administration Panel with custom API support and etc
