most semi popular fps game has some sort of anticheat
false positives depend on the anticheat
for example if an anticheat is specifically built to detect injections, hooks etc and ignore stuff like walkspeed, fly and whatnot then the false positive rate is basically 0% since the only thing that can trigger injection or hook detections is an exploit
you lose nothing and all they do is intergrate a simple post request with the users info on detection so it can be uploaded to the database
