Hi devs! We’ve patched the visual UI bug in the EBP chart which caused gaps in payout history to be rendered incorrectly (displaying subsequent actual payouts out as dotted lines as if they were projected payouts). The EBP chart should now have accurate information on your payouts, and your Robux totals were not impacted.

I can look into your case, but I’ll need the UniverseId in order to do so.
As a general statement, I believe that Engagement Based Payouts do take around a month to go from the projected payout state to actual payout.

By UniverseId, you meant the id of the experience that’s having the issue? If that was what you meant then the id is: 8766033096 .
Let me know if you meant something else when you said that you needed the “UniverseId”. Thank you

Hey, looked into it.
To reiterate, the recent fix was for a UI bug which caused the charts to display incorrectly, inconsistent with the data that we have stored.
From my investigations on your case, what is displayed on the charts is accurate with the data that we have for you. You do have a Projected Payout of 5,193 Robux on 8/19, which is scheduled to be delivered around 9/16 (28 days), pending review. The rest of the days between 7/23 and 8/18 are actually 0 as far as I can tell.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to determine why your payout during that period is 0 each day. If you feel that is a mistake, please file a separate ticket and another team will look into it.
From the FAQ: You’ll receive Premium Payouts on a daily basis, 28 days after each measured day.

Do I send a ticket to a specific team on dev forum or roblox support? I’ve tried sending to roblox support multiple times but never got it solved
