I tried to do my first DevEx on this account on the 1st of Febuary, I have just recieved a message on Roblox saying “Failed to complete Tipalti registration”. I’m aware that I am supposed to be sent an email to register a Roblox account with Tipalti but I was simply not sent any, they are not in my Junk, or Spam folders either.
Has this happened with anybody else, should I try DevEx again and wait another lengthy 20 days?
Once again the same issue has come about. I am not recieving my Tipalti registration email.
I’ve registered and been through the process before on another account so I do know how this process is supposed to work.

Hey tetoshi, I also have the same issue recently, and like you twice it was declined due to the same issue. I’ve contacted roblox support but they have not responded to me yet.
Were you able to get it resolved?
I have a feeling very very long ago I have made some sort of devex thing with my old email so I wonder if using the old email would suffice.
Nope I never got my issue fixed unfortunatley, also no responses. Like me you were also first time DevExing right?
Yeah first time, I’ve been in talks with other developers, it seems that they are pretty slow to reply. They probably have a large stack of support tickets hahah.
They finally responded yay!! They resent the invitation links and I was able to register.
Thank god I’m not the only one. I’m on my THIRD DevEx request for Tipalti registration and haven’t seen anything from them.
Is this issue still ongoing with other people, is the only solution really to contact Roblox Staff directly?
This seems to be the problem for me too. I tried cashing out robux for the first time 3 days ago but I never got an email to make a DevEx portal account. I even tried making a new email through Tipalti but that was no good either. The process was extremely tedious and annoying.
