Notification when a quote is created does not always work

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to track an iteration on a forum reply when an excerpt of my post is quoted, but no reply is made directly to my post or a mention of my username. If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my experience using the forum because it would be easier to interact with another user when they quote my post without mentioning me directly.

The last post proves that in the test I did, some users receive the notification and others don’t (in the same post):

The first one is hugecoolboy2007 and the other one is top_crundee123, and I got quoted sometimes and didn’t get the response
