STAFF RULES:
Moderating the communication server rules:
- You must be professional at all times
- You must follow our server’s own rules
- Break up arguments if they start
- Use our bot Circle to warn and moderate users
- If banning a user please report it to a higher rank (Internal Affairs+)
- Be helpful and attempt to assist the community members in any way possible
- Be nice and follow orders from higher ranks
In game rules:
- The server should not all be mods, for instance if there is 10 people in the server then 2 people should act as mods/admins. Others should roleplay
- Respond to calls. You must always where the correct staff uniform whilst on duty and drive in the correct livery (See expectations article)
- Advise based on the actual rules, for instance if someone asks if full kill is allowed then advise them based on the fact the it is and people must stay if they are killed and wait for EMS
- Staff are allowed to use booster perks, (See rewards article)
- Do not spam commands (Yes this includes :m messages. You are allowed to use :m messages more frequently when doing a set Roleplay (IE president rp)
- See the staff information channel in the communication server for :m messages
Support team rules:
- When a user opens a ticket the first person to respond to that users owns that ticket.
- Inform users correctly based on there question
- If they need to speak to a higher rank direct them to internal affairs tickets
- If a user dosent respond within 24 hours of opening a ticket close and delete it and warn the user
- If the ticket remains inactive for greater than 2 days (48 hours) then close it.
- For partnership tickets anyone with the partnership manager role can handle it.
- If a user opens an incorrect ticket please direct them to the correct ticket option then close it.
- If a user closes a ticket without saying anything then warn them
Higher rank rules:
- All warns and demotions should go through Internal affairs+ first unless the user is threating the server in any way.
- You can take immediate action in form of demoting a person for a reckless act however this must be reported to internal affairs later on and justified.
- Do not edit any of the channels without expressed permission from Director+
- Basically as long as you can justify your actions you are fine and allowed to do anything.
Staff Expectations:
In server expectations
- Kind and respectful at all times
- Helpful, attempt to encourage members to be active
- Have daily conversations in the public channels
- Ask qotd questions (1 per day) any Senior mod+ can do this
- Use the channels for there intended purposes
- Report vulnerability’s to higher ranks
- Report PSA issues to higher ranks
- Welcome new members by pinging them in primary and try to have a conversation with them
In game expectation:
- If you are in the server please get the on duty staff role.
- Follow the chain of command (The person who started the server is incharge until Internal Affairs+ joins)
- Don’t harass our server boosters
- Encourage people to join our communication server
- Be kind at all times (Even when you are moderating or roleplaying)
- Stop rude and unkind people of any form
- Ensure sub departments are active
LOA expectations:
- You are allowed 1 10 day LOA per month and 1 28 day LOA per year.
- You are allowed to state that you are going to be active in the commutations or the game
- Your LOA must be a valid reason, such as Covid, ill, holiday or mental health break.
Staff information:
Promotions:
- You get promotions for being active, promotions will happen on a bi weekly basis.
- You can get demoted for being inactive without a loa, this can happen on a weekly basis
- Staff recruitment will happen on a daily basis, only when applications are open. Trainings will be hosted at weekends on Sundays.
- You can get higher payment for being more active
In game benefits:
- You can drive exotic cars
- You can use the big guns gamepass
- You can rob banks without asking first
