Object attached to RigidConstraint not sticking to a bone of an animated skin mesh

When i attach a bone or an attachment that is inside a bone to an attachment inside a part with a rigid constraint the object that is attached is not moving according to the bone position and rotation.

Expected behavior

The object should stick to its bone position and rotation.
