One-Time Payout searches are painfully slow & buggy

Hi–we are using the group’s One-Time payout system to pay our testers and staff members, however the process has proven to be excruciatingly annoying.

Each time I search for a user to add to the list of payout recipients, it keeps saying “No results found.”, with the only way to fix it being retyping the username over and over, until hopefully the user is found and shown. This makes it very painful to pay even a short list of 20 members, with it taking 10 minutes for me to even add just 7 members to the list of recipients so far.

Additionally, it seems like there is max payout amount of 20 people. I tried paying 22 people, and it refused to do anything, with no display indication of it failing or succeeding.

Expected behavior

Just like searches for members in the Roblox group, which is fast, reliable, and does not fail, I would expect the same behavior here.

Hey!

We had a small issue with search over the weekend - can you confirm if this issue is still persisting for you? And looking into the maximum payees issue as an aside.

Thanks,

Ack, sorry. Seems like the above actually left the group. I’ll test further and see.

Hi–it is still happening. Perhaps not at every search, but often enough that it remains a blocker for our needs.

It seems to be working properly now. As an aside, it would be great if we could bulk-add users like we can for the Ban page.
